Beef comes with standard cut that includes:

4-6 Chuck roasts

1 English Roast

1 Brisket

1 Flank/Skirt Steak

4-6 Rib Steaks,

3-5 T-Bone Steaks

2 Porterhouse steaks

3-5 sirloin steaks

3-5 eye of round steaks

10-15 cubed steaks

1 Rump Roast

5 stew meat

4 pack short ribs

4-6 soup bones

40-45 pack ground beef

liver, and marrow bones

Beef carcass hangs for 14-18 days before being processed and packaged.
