Beef carcass hangs for 15-21 days before being processed and packaged

Once deposit is made, a follow up email will be sent over with processing date and more information.

Not available for delivery. Deposits are non-refundable and only good towards your original purchase

Customer is responsible for pickup at processor, Hillsdale County Meats or making special arrangements with us prior to processing.
